WHY I COACH: "I love volleyball, the excitement and rush of the game. The constant change of plays and progress being made as a team. Being a coach, seeing the unity that comes when there is one purpose, one goal and the team giving it all they got. That opportunity to support their dreams and give them the tools to achieve their dreams, watching them work with those tools and being willing to show them again and again seeing them apply the steps given to help them better use the tools they've been taught thus far and encouraging them to overcome their limits and their excitement when they do something they never thought they could. Becoming better, not just as players, but as people makes me truly happy and this is why I coach."

VOLLEYBALL IDOL: Kerri Walsh Jennings

FAVORITE QUOTE: "True happiness resides within you. Most people are searching for happiness outside of themselves. That's a fundamental mistake. Happiness is something that you are, and it comes from the way that you think." - Wayne Dyer
