COACHING CAREER: This will be Kirstin's first offical year of coaching. She has coached various friends through the sport and is excited to start this journey.
WHY I COACH: "I love watching those I teach grow to love the sport as much as I have as they more fully understand each element. Being able to help others learn and grow and reach their goals in their volleyball experience is very fulfilling to me as well. Volleyball has brought so much into my life and I want to share that with others. The support and friendship that comes from being on a team is something you can't replace, and being able to bring that to others is very motivating for me."
