MCCALL KINKADE

NATIONAL TEAM HEAD COACH | 2019 COACH OF THE YEAR

4 YEARS COACHING EXPERIENCE

HOME LIFE: Born in Seattle Washington and raised in Alpine Utah. McCall has 3 sisters and a little brother. They grew up outdoors; always camping, hiking and skiing. She and her sisters all ski raced for the ski resort Snowbird. After high school, McCall decided to serve a mission and was called to the Milwaukee Wisconsin mission. She met her husband, Kaden, at Utah State University and they were recently married in November of 2020.

EDUCATION: This last December McCall graduated at Utah State University with a degree in Exercise Science. She is currently a trainer at Athletic Republic as well as with MP Power & Agility. 

​

VOLLEYBALL CAREER: McCall played for Lone Peak High School for Deanna Meyer. She was a right side hitter. Her senior year, McCall was in the top 3 blockers for the 5A Classification in the state of Utah. While at Utah State, she played for the women's club volleyball team as a right side hitter. 

 

COACHING CAREER: McCall's coaching career started while she was in high school. As a senior, she coached the freshman team after she would get done with her own practices. After she returned from her mission, she started coaching at Mtn Peak. She has been coaching here for about 4 years. She is currently on the coaching staff at Ridgeline High School. She started as a 12 Juniors team coach and is currently coaching at the 14's and 16's levels.
