Is your athlete struggling coping with an injury? Have you noticed a change in behavior and mood? If so, your athlete is not alone.


Injuries are inevitable, whether you're 10 years old just getting into the athletic scene, a senior in high school working on getting recruited, or an adult playing sports just for fun. In the moment an injury can feel like the most devastating event possible. Some athletes are destroyed by the experience, others emerge better, stronger, and more confident. How do they do this?


Your athlete can join a small group where we will discuss examples of how athletes can emerge from these experiences stronger and practice some mental skills and drills that can be used at every phase of the recovery process.  We will have a weekly meeting that can be scheduled around your players practice times.  Please contact Tanza Tupola at if you are interested.
